Visiting the Bukit Subok Forest Recreation Park, means trails, climbing and descending a winding forest trail of about 2.0 kilometres. The trails trek usually takes an hour or so going up, and another hour coming down. From the vantage point of the Bukit Subok Forest Recreation Park, visitors can take an exhilarating view Kampong Ayer including the capital and the palace. A visit to the Bukit Subok Forest Recreation Park, is highly recommended especially for photographer enthusiasts.

Stairs, stairs, stairs – these make Bukit Subok’s 2 kilometre circuit
hike an ideal cardiovascular workout. Take it slow when stairs are wet, and
when enjoying the views of Bandar Seri Begawan, Kampong Ayer and the mountainous
interior of Borneo.
Lovely day for hike and trails! It was a short hike but a challenging one
especially climbing the hill - the hill was steeper than Bukit 1 of Bukit Shah
Bandar.
